My Dear Brother
Mr Hulse
some of us to buy his house and lot (between the Institut-
te and the old Mansion) the price is seven hundred
Dollars I think considering the location the lane and
every thing else you had better buy it Mr Hulse will
sell it immediately to Mr Clearwater
price unless he hears from you. We are all well
