My dear Henry
Ethan Warden
died yesterday morning
at 9 oclock easily
at last and peacefully –
He has suffered greatly
through his sickness
I shall go there to day –
was not well enough
to go yesterday – Charles
is in Detroit – no time
for the funeral is fixed –
Owing to the specious
representations of Dr.

had left home –
Julia
family
in a very destitute
condition – Julia will
return to her school
and I presume Mrs
Warden will go to her
sister

Electa Samantha Abel in Waterloo
the present –
Will
arrangement whereby he
gets one of the upper
rooms in the Exchange
buildings – He is very
much engaged and
very happy apparently –
