My dear Gus
Last winter I purchased
of the Estate Lots Nos 3, 4, 5 & 6 Eliz[ abeth ]
Reason: hole
St for $500 each $2000. I have
commenced building on No 3 & 4, and
if I sell may want to be able to
give deeds. I would therefore if Father
approved like to turn over to the Estate
in payt four notes which I own and
will endorse made by C D Mac Dougall
for $500 Ea due July 1st/67 Jan 1st/68 &
July 1st/68 all with int Please ask
Father and advise me of his answer
You can say to him that the
house will be entirely completed
by the 1st of June and that Mrs
Watson
take for the present all of her furniture
so that it will not be necessary to
buy hardly any All well &
send love Weather very bad
