Monday
My dear Gus,
I received my dresses
safely yesterday. The box
containing them came during
the week – but was supposed
to be for Fall – so did
not get opened before.
The note paper came some
days since – I think I acknow-
ledged the receipt of it
in a note which probably
reached you after your letter
was written to me. I am
very much obliged to you
for attending to so many
things for me.

sends love – & Nelly
Birth: 1862-09-11 Death: 1921-10-05
would
if she knew me to be writing.
Both the children
Birth: 1864-11-10
are well & happy
& full of pretty ways.
Your affectionate sister
Fanny
