My dear Gus,
I received your letter
yesterday, it is real good of you
to answer my letters so soon. I
hope you will always continue
good. I send you a copy of a
letter received yesterday morning
from Father
a telegram, sent by the Cable.
"Arrived Pekin, leave twentieth
(20th). Well." We all hope that
nothing will happen to prevent
your spending Christmas with
us. All send love.
Your affectionate sister
