Newburgh 12 June 1845
My dear William Henry
Since Mr Grier
wrote you we have conversed ourselves
that the draft from the Warners of $5130
Covers all the Sums due on their Bond and
Mortgage except the last payment—And
their papers will be conceded and for-
warded to Beach
I have made Arangement in the Bank
of Newburgh for paying for the $4500
Mortgage he wrote about–The papers you
Mr Morgan & Beach will please see are
all properly transfered to me before
the money is drawn from the Newburgh
bank
Your affectionate father
Samuel S Seward
