William Henry Seward to William Henry Seward Jr. dated June 28,
1871.Auburn August 1st
Dear Augustus—I send copies of father's
becoming anxious to reach home and we are making prepa-
rations to receive him—The house at the Lake is progressing
rapidly (I think I wrote you they were building one) and all things
will be ready by the middle of next month—All are well here
Jenny are yet at the Lake—She told me to give
you her love when I wrote—Affectionately Aunty

return from St Augustine well—the weather is
so cool—
