Florida July 19th 1853
My Dear Henry,
I have now completed my plan
for a dwelling house and submitted to a Mr
Parmalee
Col Wheeler
Wilson
terms of him as a Mechanic and well
qualified for the job, His estimate for a
brick building is $5234.38.
I am now ready to commence the job
which I expect to do in a few days as
soon as workers and laborers can be
engaged.
I have written consent from Sarah
Henry
me to draw on their accounts or the
Executors for $1000 each for the purpose
I have taken duplicate one of which I
shall deposit with Mr Grier
the other,
The plan for the house is very much
like the one I first submitted to you

to you, and is the one approved off by the
children and Mrs. Seward
adopted, the whole matter was explained
to them and they left to concur or not as
they felt disposed.
I shall take pleasure to show you more
deffinite of the plan of the building and its
location when you shall again appear a-
mong us.
I hope the Francis
in health and strength, my regards to her
