My dear Jenny
I find myself
much better today & think I
shall be able to return to duty by
tomorrow, I am sure the two
days rest has done me much good.
I recd your letter of the 29th
today containing Nelly's
which I think is excellent, how
dearly I should love to see her[ . ]
Reason:
I also recd a letter from Mother
in which she speaks of your going
back to our house as soon as
you have finished your visit
at Lotties
do so as I think she is anxious
to have you. Everything is very
quiet in our front today.
Love to all
Will
