Dear Fred,
I send you the enclosed
letter which speaks for itself –
you know better than I do if any-
thing can be done for Mrs. Mason
Birth: 1806
's
son
Birth: 1833
. Mrs. Mason was a neigh-
bor of mine in Canandaigua
for many years – her son grew up
there from a child to manhood,
and is brave loyal and kind.
All are as well as usual at
home this morning. Will
Birth: 1839-06-18 Death: 1920-04-29
seems to
be gradually gaining strength
though some of his symptoms seem, to
mother
Birth: 1805-09-24 Death: 1865-06-21
& me, rather unfavorable
– yet we hope we are mistaken.

from Anna
Birth: 1836-03-29 Death: 1919-05-02

you were all well. Love to Anna
& kind remembrances to all[ . ]
