My dear Fanny,
I have been intending to
write to you for some time but have not found
time untill now to do so.
Last Wednesday I went up to the Fair
(which is held here every year) with Fred

Birth: 1834-03-29 Death: 1919-05-02
; we saw a number of pretty
things and among others a very pretty
little Goat which I should have liked
to have had you seen; he was just large
enough to hitch up with Nep

and drive;
there were also some beautiful flowers and
many other nice things.

came home last Wednesday they
all send much love.
Last night I moved from my old
boarding place where I have been for
the past three months; I have now
a very nice place my room looks
out on to the river and the Highlands
on the other side. William Henry
Birth: 1835-01-09 Death: 1926
has
the same room with me.
Tell mother
Birth: 1805-09-24 Death: 1865-06-21
that I received her letter
this evening and am much obliged.
Mother writes me that Clara Miller

you will not go to the Wedding as
it is to be in Rotchester .
Will you ask Aunty

if she will
